Recon Roll-Off's was started out of necessity. Working on our own renovation projects, it was obvious how much more we could get done with the right equipment. We’re now happy to share Recon Roll-Off's and our dumpsters with countless homeowners, contractors, roofers, landscapers, farmers, and real estate professionals within Stafford, Fredericksburg and the surrounding counties. At Recon Roll-Off's, we understand our mission is more than waste management and dumpster rentals. Our mission is serving you.

Meet the Recon Roll's Family

Thomas and Matthew are brothers and the proud owners of Recon Roll-Off's. Both brothers were born and raised in Prince William County, Virginia. A retired member of the United States Air Force, Thomas also has his Commercial Class A Driver's License so you can rest assured you are in good hands.
​
With backgrounds in logistics, hauling, and construction, they both share in the responsibility of the operation and the day to day duty of serving our customers. Recon Roll-Off's is a family operation that understands the importance of supporting our local community.
